Buckeye Hills Regional Council developed an augmented reality sandbox which projected topographic lines on sand just for this event. They can use this technology to help rural communities plan for natural disasters and community projects. A fun fact: the AR Sandbox was created at the BB2C Makerspace! Click here to see a live demonstration: https://www.facebook.com/bb2careers/videos/568382380568897/ If you missed the chance to see it at Family Career Awareness Day, the AR Sandbox will be housed at the Makerspace. Come interact with it there!
