Seeking Career Mentor Volunteers

The Career Mentor program matches local volunteers with middle school students. The goal of career mentoring is to help students develop decision-making skills that will aid them throughout the rest of their school years and will help them choose a career path that fits their needs and their interests.

Volunteers must participate in one day of Career Mentor Training, have a background check run, and dedicate one hour each week during the 2021-2022 school year. All Washington County schools are involved in the program. Mentors can work with the school of their choice.

Training dates are Thursday, August 12th, Friday, August 13th, & Monday, August 16th All trainings are from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. with lunch provided. Training locations are TBA, but will all be in Washington County.

The BB2C Career Mentor Program is proudly sponsored by the Memorial Health System. The Memorial Health System is a not-for-profit health system comprised of a network of two hospitals and outpatient service sites.
