Grant recently visited the BB2C Epicenter and spent time talking with our Executive Director, Tasha Werry, about his career pathway. Grant is currently the Head of UpStart Columbus. His story includes:

  • Not knowing exactly what his plans were post-high school.

  • How an interest in computers and a high school job in telemarketing impacted his career choices.

  • What it was like not being sure about if he was a "math person" in college.

  • The impact his college mentor had on his journey.

  • The power of being an entrepreneur and having an entrepreneurial mindset.

Grant's advice to high school students, shared at the end, is for them to maintain and develop the ability to adapt.
