Can you take a photo for us?

BB2C is taking part in Marietta Community Foundation’s Annual Nonprofit Challenge, which they hold as part of Community Foundation Week each year. This year, the Nonprofit Challenge, which is sponsored by Superior Toyota in Parkersburg, WV, is the #Unselfie Challenge.

People who take part in BB2C’s programs, events, and Network are asked to take a moment to fill out the #Unselfie template, including how they are supporting BB2C and why, put the template in front of their face, and snap a quick photo. The photo is texted to a dedicated number. Each photo submitted earns BB2C one point. The nonprofit organizations who earn the top six scores win financial support for their missions ranging from $3,000 to $15,000, as well as the ability to earn four $1,000 auxiliary prizes throughout the challenge.

Students, classrooms, educators, business partners, staff, career mentors, Makerspace Members, board members, committee members, Network partners and more are all encouraged to:

• print/use the BB2C #UnSelfie Template

• take a photo (or more than one photo!)

• text photo(s) to 740-315-8510

You can download the template and print it here or if you see a BB2C staff person or stop by BB2C, we will have them for you! The #UnSelfie Challenge runs now through November 13, 2024. All photos must be texted by November 13 to count.
